Enrollment Process

All applications are welcome. Admission is based on completion of the enrollment application, program availability, and overall fit within our care environment.

How to Apply

1. Schedule a Tour
Contact us by phone or email to arrange a private tour of our program.

2. Tour & Introduction
Families will be invited for an in-person introduction and tour while the program is in session.
Please note: touring the program does not guarantee placement.

3. Enrollment Confirmation
If a space is offered, you will receive program references to review.
To secure your child’s placement, a deposit is required upon acceptance.

4. Enrollment Packet
Once enrollment is confirmed, you will receive a comprehensive enrollment packet, including the parent handbook, contract, and all required forms.

Placement is offered based on alignment with our program philosophy and group care structure.

Tuition & Program Investment

Our program offers a high-quality, intimate childcare experience with limited enrollment to ensure personalized attention and consistency.

Weekly Tuition

Full-Time Care (5 Days)
$400 per week

Part-Time Care (4 Days Minimum)
$350 per week

Due to limited availability, a minimum of four days per week is required.

Enrollment & Payment Policy

A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all placements.

Tuition reflects your child’s reserved space within the program.

Full tuition is required regardless of attendance, including absences due to illness, vacation, or program closures.

Additional Information

Infant formula and diapers are not included
Sample menus are available upon request
Sibling/family rate considerations may be offered when applicable
