I founded First Steps Home Childcare over 15 years ago. I have a genuine love for children and a deep interest in early childhood development. My goal was to create a safe, nurturing home environment where every child feels valued, supported, and cared for during their most important early years.
What began as a passion quickly became a purpose—to provide high-quality, dependable care for working families throughout Chicago. I understand how important it is for parents to feel confident and at ease when leaving their child in someone else’s care. That trust is something I take seriously every day.
At First Steps, my focus has always been to create a space where children not only feel loved, but are also guided in developing strong early habits, confidence, and a foundation for lifelong growth.
